- The standard delivery time is within 30 minutes of order confirmation.
- Delivery time may vary depending on factors such as restaurant preparation time, order volume, and hotel location.
Delivery Charges
- There are no additional delivery charges for customers.
- The restaurant or hotel may cover the cost as part of their agreement with RestroHub.
Order Tracking
- Customers will receive order confirmation instantly on their ordering app.
- Status updates can be tracked directly from the customer's ordering app.
- If there are delays, customers can contact the hotel reception for assistance.
Delivery Restrictions
- Orders can only be delivered to the hotel room specified at the time of placing the order.
- Delivery is available only for guests staying in hotels partnered with RestroHub.
- No external delivery locations are supported.
