  • "Hotel" refers to the accommodation provider where the User is staying.
  • "Restaurant" refers to the food provider fulfilling orders.
  • "Order" refers to a food request placed through the App.

Service Overview

  • RestroHub acts as a facilitator between hotels, restaurants, and users for food ordering.
  • Orders placed through the App are processed directly by the partnered restaurant.
  • Hotels do not prepare the food but may assist in facilitating the order process.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate details (room number, contact details, and order preferences).
  • Users agree to make timely payments for their orders, as per the selected payment method.
  • Users must ensure they review their order details before confirmation.

Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once placed, an order cannot be modified or canceled unless the restaurant allows it.
  • Payment Options: Users can pay via UPI, cash (at hotels), or other available payment methods.
  • Refunds & Cancellations: Refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Delivery & Timelines

  • Orders will be delivered to the user’s hotel room or dining table within the estimated time.
  • RestroHub is not responsible for delays caused by restaurants, hotels, or external factors.
  • If the order is not received, users must contact customer support immediately.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • RestroHub is a technology platform and does not prepare or handle food. Any issues related to food quality, allergens, or delivery must be addressed with the restaurant.
  • We do not guarantee food availability, pricing accuracy, or uninterrupted service.
  • RestroHub is not liable for any disputes between users, hotels, and restaurants.

Account & Data Usage

  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login details.
  • Any misuse of the App may lead to account suspension.
